A recent post on RimFireCentral, regarding closure of the Goex production, points to a very interesting site. Use the search engine DuckDuckGo and search for quote, cia method of making black powder, end quote. Not sure about where or why cia comes into it, but there is a very useful recipe for producing your own. YMMV, as the saying goes. Somebody in that same thread has said that quote, Goex has been sold, end quote. Perhaps there is a ray of hope on the horizon
