I couldn't agree with Dick more. Cabela's has never set any records in the customer service end of things. In addition, and for the most part their people in the so called Gun Library are a bunch of know nothing hacks. I see more Trapdoor Carbines advertised by Cabela's that are in fact cutdowns than any other seller out there. They really only have about two or three real gun people in their entire organization. They don't return calls. They don't return Email inquiries. They advertise guns for months after they are sold and the phone just rings and rings or you're on hold for an hour. It's worse than calling a government agency. I won't do any business with them. It was bad before but since they went Corporate it's terrible. Sincerely, Michael H. Collins
