There are many ways to do it. Will you reuse the screws and do not want to bugger them up? There are a few tools made just for that purpose. If you do not have them slip a fired .22 case over the screw and carefully grab it with a pair of pliers. A little rosin on the screw head helps. The rear screw is hard to get at unless you remove the leaf first. I'm sure other people here have their own ways of doing this that will also help. You can reinstall the sight with slotted screws. You can get them from S&S Firearms. They also have slotless screws for a proper re-installation.
