The army was very "loose" on slings - whatever fit, or could be made to work by splicing, was used. Slings were to be transferred (if serviceable) to new arms as they were issued - they were not all uptight over the "model" being "correct".

Bayonet scabbards would have been similar. Leather scabbards could have been used until they wore out, as the "blade fit" was the same from the CW to 1890 - just the sockets were modified. The hangers DID change of course, depending on the current belt, so you won't find a brass hook with a leather body, etc. Reilly's book is the best for bayonets - answers all such questions.
