Re: Insurer question

I've bring a Collectible Insurance customer for several years and never had an occurrence that required filing a claim but I have fellow collector friend who purchased a rather expensive deluxe Winchester from James Julia Auction Co. and chose to decline their insurance because he had Collectible coverage. As luck would have it, the stock arrived severed at the wrist. He filed with Collectible and after an adjuster examined the rifle, received a 5 figure settlement which is what he claimed, without any hassle. Pretty honorable in my opinion.
