Re: Carbine trigger bow question

Very good question. In all the reading I have done of letters back and forth to the armory, there is never a mention of the bow orientation. There is plenty of speculation associated with the orientation, but nothing that "nails it down". When looking at carbines, cadets and shotguns, most of the time, the long leg is behind the trigger. Many of the carbines refurbished for the Sp-Am War that were done (assuming) at RIA usually have the bow on backwards.

I noticed that two Marksman riles have the bow on backwards. Hmmm???
