You have an arm assembled - post-production - from salvaged parts - by one of the large surplus firms of the day, likely Bannerman. Or, at least that is the source of your lockplate; Springfield never made such an item. It certainly has some value, and could be a fun shooter with light loads, but is not as desirable as a Springfield original. Most shooters also prefer the later, slightly stronger, arms having serial numbers over 100,000.
