In my list of over 1250 specimens, there are just seven noted between 4999 and 6000, and four of those give me pause for one reason or another. Contrast that (assuming a relatively uniform rate of attrition) with the 70 +/- logged from the 21,000 range, as just one example.

Closest number logged previously was 5261, reported here by Fred Gaarde in 2010.

Definitely not a high-population area, so any specimen should be thoroughly vetted.
