You'll have to be more specific. Do you have a particular piece in mind?

If your query is generic, you are apparently unaware that the weapons used by Custer's troops were Model 1873 .45-70 Springfield carbines, not the earlier .50-70 arms from the 1870 Trials.

Any such item picked up at LBH would have to be an Indian gun - of which there is a list in OM115, and I believe there are a couple of .50 caliber guns listed. Only a very few arms were found on the field - it was picked pretty clean.
