I have altered the tumblers on some of my TD's with a Allen "set" screw. This design is similar to one that was available commercially. The original ones were fantastic. Bob Smith was selling them but stopped selling. I have copied his design using original TD tumblers. The set screw drops the trigger pull down to about 1.5 lbs. There is zero creep and has a crisp release. The set screw I use is Stainless Steel. This setup is NOT for hunting purposes, only for targets. I would be happy to make a "set" tumbler for anyone who wants it. TD tumblers a very hard and the work is slow. The cost is $125.00 and your 2 notch tumbler. If you do not have a 2 notch, they are available here or on Ebay, Gunbroker, etc. Turn around time is about two weeks.
