I wish they would had done the tests firing like Benet ammunition. I discussed with Doug Scott this issue, and cost was a factor.. but I disagree when one is using grant money. Should be at all costs to get the most accurate data. There is simply no way a modern formed brass casing of boxer style will fire form to a chamber the same as a benet copper casing. Let alone other factors of replaced firing pins, extractors ect.. combined with wear. I just do not see it exactly.. now matching like casings fired of the day.. sure.
