Re: 45-70 ball loads with black powder

I was just curious with these loads. I got all my info from the Wolfe book on trapdoors. I knew Starline brass was more brittle so I did anneal my whole lot of them and opened up the primer hole. I have some Hornady brass in 45-70, but for some reason it is quite a bit shorter in length.
