Just kidding about the Philips head screw driver model. What you really have is a 1888 ramrod bayonet model. what looks like a screw driver head is actually meant to be used as a bayonet. The grooves in rod lock in place with the latch thats in front of rifle. they made them circa 1888 -1893.
