Hi Larry, I have slept since then. But if memory serves me right, the Japan wax was way too hard by itself. It would not push through the Lubri-sizer. I had to alloy in olive oil to get it to do that. Don't remember the ratio, but it did come out to the consistency of all the other lubes setting at room temperature. I would pour the molten lube into cleaned Skoal cans and let them solidify before putting the lids back on. I saved those cans just for that purpose. It did seem to work real well at the range, combined with a bore lube with Thompsons Bore-Butter before shooting. How is every little thing with you? Regards, Ken
