It sounds like you have the civilian version, made entirely by Winchester? Does it have a short formed wood foretip, or the (military) long forend with nickeled cover which pivots to allow access to the cleaning rods? If it were the military version, then SA-made sight parts could be adapted.

If you need Winchester parts, they would probably be harder to come by. Have you tried Googling "Winchester Hotchkiss parts"? Most of the parts suppliers here are military-oriented, but they might have some ideas.
