Dick, I have a mill and it doesn't look like too much of a project other than the triangular hole for the bayonet. That might have to be drilled undersized and the hand filed to shape. Is the upper side of the rib grooved to fit the radius of the barrel? I have some round nosed mills, but don't think anything that large. Could a "V" cut work or would it cut into the rod channel? Aluminum or brass is the easiest to work with and can be painted or blackened chemically. If you can't find someone to take this on, drop me a email and we can talk about it....
