Hi Dick I do not think JB weld is going to work especially with cold blue. We use it for prototype repairs but never to make a "cast" part. Have you thought of a 3d/SLA part? They are brittle but can take a finish (paint not cold blue). You would need a "cad" drawing to go the 3d route. There are 3d printers that produce a metal part but the cost can be high. If all else fails let me know and I have contacts and can get a sketch into the correct format and get a quote.
