Ah yes, the gentleman who makes my eyes cross when I see his number, since it is a very close anagram of my own rifle, also brand new. IF it is drying out, a small amount of linseed oil, perhaps thinned with a bit of turpentine, well rubbed in until your hand gets warm. A little lemon oil would probably work just as well. The stock on mine is so smooth and tight-grained that it will not accept much additional oil, so an occasional wipe with an oily rag is about all it gets.
