I also picked up my 68-68 on GB about 5years ago for about the same price. My gun is in the 120's, can't remember the last digit. I will say you have sharp eyes. With the quality of there photos I would have passed ti over as just another Model 1868. I'm surprised that with the rarely of this rifle, the interest and value is so much lower than that of other low production trapdoors. As for the Trading Post, they are probably the largest gun dealer in New England. They don't want to upset the Feds.
