A "case full" can mean upwards of 55 - 60 gr of Varget depending on the bullet weight and how deep it is seated. That is not a safe TD load. I would not shoot any of that 45-70 ammo unless I knew proof positive the load was at or less than max safe psi for TDs. You need to know exactly what the bullet weight is, the exact weight of the powder charge and for a fact the powder is Varget.
