You will want an original spring.

Do not buy a copy.

If you cannot find one Al has them here in the classified section.

I have them also.

I have found that the easiest way to reassemble the block into the receiver is to use a drift pin punch just smaller than the holes to align the parts. Tap the pin in with a soft face mallet or a hammer padded with masking tape. You will drive the punch out as you drive in the pin. Align the pin with the small hole in the receiver before you go too far. I use a slight pressure on the punch pin to force the block & ejector downward & forward.
