Not sure what you mean, by what do I have?

You have an example of the standard US Army rifle of the post CW period. Yours was made in 1885. I would expect the block to read "US/Model/1873", as 1884 (there are NO 1885s!!!) dated blocks do not show up across the board until 1886/87, since the previous stock was used to exhaustion.

That ammo is OK, as long as the box is not marked for modern arms only, but may not give the best accuracy. You will have to reload to realize the rifle's maximum potential - sub 2" groups at 100 yards are quite possible when everything is right.
