An interesting question - certainly TDs and Krags overlapped, as did Krags and '03s - but all three, officially, in the same theater at the same time, I would doubt. As a trivia buff, however, I'd have no problem being proven wrong!

If you insist on "overseas" and rigidly exclude "potential" combat zones you would knock out the limited use of TDs by the Coast Guard in WW2.
