Re: LBH cartridge

There are different accounts as to the date the narrow crimp variety was introduced. Some date it as starting in March 1875 and continuing thru March 1877 when the month and date and place of mfg was started, this practice continues on to date.

Some of the archaeology authors go with the late 1876 date and claim the narrow crimp ones are not battle related but are from later reenactments. Take your pick.
