I have been selling on Ebay for several years now. Shipping is not all that hard to calculate if you have your head screwed on straight. I NEVER list shipping until I have calculated the options & some times I actually take the item to the shipper to determine costs BEFORE I list the item.
It is a shame that you did not get the item as listed. The seller should have sent it & learned from his mistake.
