Terry

If you buy Ammunition for the "carbine" DO NOT buy Factory loads that are designed for MODERN weapons. Look for "For Cowboy Action" on the box or a statement that the rounds are safe for ANTIQUE weapons. We want you to have fun with the rifle but be very careful what you fire in the Trapdoor.

Don't worry about the Modern sights. I have a TD with Aftermarket front & rear sight & they work very well.

Have fun but be careful

Ernie
