Hi Watson, I am glad to hear you got satisfaction from the manufacturer. I had an idea that it had to be the bullets. I can't remember if you said your rifle was equipped with the Buffington sight or not. But if it is, your rifle will shoot about a foot high at up to 100 yards. Adjust your windage on the sight to be sure it is zeroed,( the ladder flush with both sides of the base), and that ought to take care of the shooting to the right, unless its you. Battle sight setting on the Buffington is 260 yards, so that is why it shoots high at 50 yards. Welcome to the world of the Springfield rifle. It sounds like you have been bitten, and there is no cure. Good luck & good shooting. Regards, Ken
