Hi Larry!

No modifications at all!

Care should be taken when re-inserting the stirrup pin though. I have found that it is sometimes a close fit for the pin in the Smith tumbler. I have broken 2 of the tumblers before I stopped tapping the pin into the holes. I now clean the pin with fine emery paper & PRESS the pin in. Oil the parts before pressing. On the last tumbler I drilled one of the holes a tad oversize & the pin slipped right in.

The tumbler is a 2 notch setup. Half cock & full cock. I like this configuration very well. You don't need a 3 notch tumbler. This works better.

The Long Range Shooter I have for sale on Gunbroker.com now has the tumbler installed.

Ernie
