Some of the questions were "traps". You definitely have some sort of mixed parts piece - not at all uncommon, and, if done approx. 100 years ago, WOULD all look the same tone, etc. Lockplate is not as made, and sight grads to "5" would indicate the carbine version of same. Cadets used rifle sights, which only go to 4.

That is what an early Cadet should look like. Apparently there were a few in the upper 30,000 range.
