Not sure about "third style".

He has the early kind which is somewhat similar to the 1865, in that it is held in from the left, by a small screw into the shaft, rather than by the plate and screw on the right like all other TDs. I THINK the cam itself is a loose piece which slides on, but I'm not sure. Have never had a disassembled one in my hands - they're fairly scarce.
