Hi john, I am not familiar of course with the bullet you are using, but it does not sound like a serious trapdoor round, IMHO. A good blackpowder 45 70 should have 3 nice big lube grooves and should never be roll crimped so there is no need for a crimp groove. The soft lead required for an accurate trapdoor would deform using a roll crimp. Keep in the speed OAL is for that particular bullet in the manual, the give on yours is most likely different. I would back off on 60 gr of 3F for sure. Maybe 53.
