That is fantastic.

I have in my family a rifle that was with the Donner Party. We still shoot it with very light loads, on rare occasions. Many would be of the opinion that it should not be shot at all...so we all have our own ideas.

Well whatever our opinions are, I think that the fact that the carbine, which started off as a rifle, was at the Rosebud, is equally fantastic. Your opinion, though different than mine, tells me that it's in good hands.
