If the hole in the floor of the receiver is for the ejector stud, it may be replaced. From what I can tell, they are either pressed in as Dick stated or welded and ground flush on the bottom of the receiver. You might also want to check to see if the ejector is in place and functional. I would also thoroughly check for any compromise of the receiver/barrel area such as additional holes drilled as well as any barrel obstruction or irregularity in the bore which could be a safety issue in firing the gun.
