Thank you so much for your information. I consider the firearm to be in decent, but somewhat "rustic", condition. Personally, I think the original unrestored condition adds a bit of character to the weapon. If only these things could talk and tell you the story of every nick, bump and notch mark on the stock.

For years, I have always ignored this piece when I updated my inventory because it was just the "old gun" hanging on the wall. I now have a much deeper appreciation of what my grandfather gave me.
