Yes Dick, I've been aware of the limitations of the "help" that they have at the store. None of them are knowlegeble about the subject of firearms modern or antique. I had to inform one of them that cleaning a nickel plated firearm with Hoppe's No. 9 would start to strip the plating off because it's made to remove nickel and copper plating from (copro/nickel) from the bores of firearms. He just stood there and looked amazed. When I asked to look at the model 1917 double action colt on a shelf, he looked confused and couldn't find it. Ha!
