You have described an interesting situation. I don't have any reloading equipment... yet. I bought the rounds from reloading company from Arkansas Blue Star. I think it was $22 or $23 for 20 rounds. They all ignited completely without an excessive amount of recoil so I assume the pressures are not excessive. So much for scientific analysis!

Not loading them myself does make you wonder if the person who did load them dropped a double charge... I'm planning to order some more so I will ask if they are using any filler and if there are any safety measures in place to prevent a double charge.

I think I better look into the equipment to load my own.
