As to marks: "AH" is PROBABLY Asabel Hubbard, an Armory sub-inspector who worked at SA from 1813-1847. (there is no "RH" on the list I have). If it really is "CBC", then there COULD be some concern about "original flint", since he (Calvin B. Cross) is listed as working during 1862-1863, at which time the gun MIGHT have been converted to percussion, though the vast majority of the wartime reworks were done on newer guns. As to the date on the tang - general practice is to allow a one year difference from the lock, without $$ penalty, though some collectors demand a match - and a mismatch, especially a large one - is another clue to possible conversion from flint.
That's about as far as I can go, without handling the gun, and even then, it really is out of my period of expertise. Hope that was of some help to you.
