Re: Non-Custer Carbines SN check

I'm originally a "YANKEE" from Providence, Rhode Island, but moved here to the Pittsburgh (PA) area in 1959 after college to start my 40-plus year career with Westinghouse as a Mechanical Engineer. We bought our house here in Murrysville, PA (home of the world's first natural gas well), about 15 miles East/Northeast of Pittsburgh in 1969 (which is just 3 miles from our local sportsmens club which has 25, 50, 100, 150, and 200 yard ranges). Our son and his wife (and the 2 grandkids) live not far from the exit from I-70 in a Ballwin development known as HIGHLAND SUMMIT.

Small world indeed! I will post the information on barrel re-lining and on the .45-70 reloading (at least MY experiences and preferences) this afternoon for you.

Regards,

PETE
