Al, or someone else who has been in the "back room" at SA could certainly add more to this, but there are plenty of one and two-off samples of what they had been playing with to arrive at the model. I'd assume that by the time they began numbering, the testing was over. I further believe that the 1868 dates are only scarce because the end of the year had arrived. But, I'd like to know, too! How's your aunt? :-)
