DO NOT attempt to "fabricate parts for the Trapdoor!!

If a parts is in question, replace it. Parts for the early TD's are readily available here & on sites like GunBroker.com.

The early high arch breech block can be replaced with the improved low arch block.

Take the weapon to a competent Gunsmith for evaluation before firing. Loose parts are a no no. Replace them.

Have fun, but be safe. Eyes are hard to come by.
