I have had many cases separate in the manor you have described, ie: the case comes out of the chamber looking like it was hack sawed off at about 3/4 of an inch, I doubt that you would be able to duplicate a case separation like this in reloading even with an original set of reloading tools as it just doesn't happen, please refer to my previous post for the case of this separation, once I found the paragraphs in Blunt manual the separation was drastically reduced by following the manuals directions.

And I also have a set of tools.
