That is a good answer.... that I will save, but how come when I have re-loaded the original shells time and time again.. that I've dug... they have not separated on me after 20 reloads? Only thing that happens is the rim or side wall starts to split out mostly due to re-sizing (If I keep the casings with the same gun, only the bullet is crimped on and only the neck splits over time.

I am simply trying to replicate the separated casings I have dug.. then to replicate the same consistency. As of right now... I don't know exactly what did it and through discussion, idea exchanging, and replication and even official orders and such, can I know for sure.

Thanks for the thoughts and I'll file them. I will be making a post on another forum and put the link here so one can see the photos of what it is exactly what I refer to.
