Hello James

Here's the first thing that jumps out at me.

The receiver would have been made in Oct0Dec of 1880. Allowing even for the receiver being WAY in the bottom of the bin, there is NO way it would have lounged there until 1884. Me thinks the breech block was switched at some point in service or after service.

It appears that not too many buyers thought this one to be worth going after.

Any body else see something amiss????
