Yes, and when you get everything "just right:", predictable groups of UNDER a foot should be attainable at 350 yds. In fact, with young eyes, good sights, a properly fitting bullet (probably THE most important factor) and a fine bore, one can expect even better on a calm day - 2MOA is not out of the question, and some will occasionally do better than that.

Wolf's book is a MUST, to give you the groundwork. Not all shooters have found it necessary to follow ALL of his quirks to obtain good groups, but his basics are solid.
