Re: 1873 rear sight

Ernie, This probably sounds strange, but where would I get "Cowboy Loads"? I have quite a few brass casings, but no one will reload them. I suppose that's an attorney thing. No one wants the problem of a bad reload. I guess if we want to keep shooting this gun, we'll have to get into the reloading business. I called a gun shop in South Dakota & they will reload the .45-70, but I would have to order 10,000 rounds, minimum. What's the next step? Maybe I should just put the rifle back in the closet. Again, I sure thank you guys for your help & advise. I'd sure hate to hurt myself or family members.

Bob
