Yes, that one gets a "thumbs-up". However, some of the other TDs and Krags should be approached, in my opinion, with caution. The "expensive" ($4400 - eeek!)round-rod-bayonet is NOT one of the rare 1884 experimentals! On the other hand, $1800 is a low price for what appears to be a correct M1880TRB, even with the nasty chip at the rod groove.
I have serious doubts as to the authenticity of the 26" barrel Krag, though I suspect - from his writings - that "utahred" is NOT familiar with SA rarities, and is either getting bad advice, or not fully understanding what he has read. For someone with younger eyes - please tell me what you think of the muzzle crown, and the rear sight. Are there flats on the side rails of the sight, or not?
