Well, it probably is a line-throwing gun, then.

Right AFTER hitting "send" I had considered that possibility, but had really intended to respond to the (IMHO) all too common opinion of "it looks factory done, so it must be really rare". I've seen that logic applied to some real POS. In THIS case, an apology is due - consider it tendered.

While I have no desire for one, a line gun IS, as John says, considered a legitimate collectible, though they lose a lot of value/interest if not accompanied by their case and accessories.
