(1) Assuming all else is proper, that is determined by barrel length = 22"
(2) No, was made in 1889
(3) Get the sight(s)!
(4) If a real carbine, $1500-$2000 or so, minus $150 for missing sight. If a cut-down rifle, more like $400-$450.
(5) Need more input from you. Does it have a bar and sliding ring on the left side? Is front sight missing (VERY unusual, unless barrel was chopped) or just the rear? What is barrel diameter ai muzzle. No historical lookup is possible with a partial serial number. A "hit" is unlikely, since data has only been found on about 5% of the numbers.
