Ted, I think what everyone is saying(and good advice)is have it checked by a competent gunsmith, clean it, find or load the PROPER amunition and fire it. Always wear eye and ear protection. Read up on the weapon and get with someone that is Really familiar with them. I think John ment as a last case senario to "hang it on the wall". By the way For everyone else, have you guys ever heard of a Trapdoor blowing up? I certainly havn't. Ive been shooting them for over 25 years. Larry
