The rifle would clean up easily. Without a cartouche the actual date of man. would be a guess at best. All parts look to be correct except the rear sight. The Serial number seems high for it to have a Buckhorn sight. Dick will have to fill in that area.
As to value, I have always been of the opinion that a rifle is worth what YOU are willing to pay for it. Having said that I would not want to pay more than $600.00 for a specimen in this condition. Cleaned up & rust free, that's another matter.
Examine the bore carefully, especially at the breech end. No major pitting or worn rifling, your good to go.
